Maravé brings a limited collection of residences to the Pacific coast of Manuel Antonio, where a forested landscape meets the ocean. Designed for owners who value privacy, comfort, and a closer connection to Costa Rica’s natural beauty.
About
Maravé’s design responds to the natural contours of Manuel Antonio, creating residences that open toward the Pacific, welcome the coastal breeze, and extend daily life outdoors. Generous terraces, natural materials, and carefully oriented spaces create a quieter, more connected way to live by the coast.
Set within a coastal estate where rainforest, shoreline, and the Pacific shape every day, Maravé offers a new expression of luxury living that honors the enduring character of Manuel Antonio.
Maravé is a limited residential collection of 116 homes, bringing together 66 private villas, 46 condominiums, and 4 penthouses within a single coastal estate in Manuel Antonio. Each residence offers freehold titled ownership and is designed for a more considered way of living on the Central Pacific—private when desired, yet connected to the amenities and natural setting of the estate.

The villas are freestanding homes with private plunge pools, generous terraces, and arrival spaces set within landscaped surroundings. The condominiums offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, beginning at approximately 1,400 square feet for one-bedroom residences and 2,200 square feet for two-bedroom homes. Above them, four penthouses from 4,000 square feet provide expansive indoor-outdoor living and access to the condominium tower’s exclusive rooftop infinity pool.
Rather than repeating a single residential formula, the masterplan gives each home its own relationship to the land. Villas are positioned with generous setbacks to preserve privacy and views, while paths move through the landscape toward private entry courts. Deep terraces, balconies, and open living areas allow the Pacific breeze, canopy, and changing coastal light to remain part of everyday life.
